Customer Service Representative (Temporary, 6 months+)

 

ACTIVITIES:

Manage Orders:

  • Receive, acknowledge and accurately process customer orders within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Use SAP reports to monitor open orders, stock to confirm orders, back order processing, and product delivery processes. 
  • Maintains customer master information. 
  • Monitor orders for on-time delivery or renegotiate delivery dates, within service guidelines or with guidance.
  • Understand and request approval for alternative forms of transportation, including cost differential and considering service rules.
  • Review inventory and manage order confirmation and backorder processing.

 

Resolve Issues

  • Investigate and resolve issues.
  • Record complaints.
  • Resolves crisis situations and manage customer relationships. 

 

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Order entry / customer service work experience
  • Experience working in SAP
