Mission Details
Take the responsibility to manage production operation optimization, Including proposals for safety, productivity, cost, yield, quality etc.
Participate plant 6σ/Lean/FI projects on yield increase, quality improvement, cycle time reduction etc.
Quality, process deviation, DCS alarm investigation and trouble shooting.
Support key expansion projects, MOCs at designing and commissioning stage.
Back up shift supervisors in limited cases such as holiday/long term leave to meet management requirement
负责管理生产运营优化，包括安全、生产力、成本、产量、质量等方面的建议。
参与工厂6σ/精益/FI项目，提高产量、提高质量、缩短周期等。
质量、工艺偏差、DCS报警调查和故障排除。
在设计和调试阶段支持关键扩建项目、MOC。
在有限的情况下（如假期/长期休假），为值班主管提供支持，以满足管理要求
Required Profile
任职要求
- Knowledge and experience 知识
2年（或以上）化工厂生产工程师工作经验，有批量生产或跨国公司背景者优先。
- Education 教育背景
本科以上学历，化学或化学工程专业。
- Language & Skills 语言及技能
有基本的英语读、说、写能力者优先。
良好的协调和沟通能力.
- Abilities 能力
较强的学习能力和执行能力.
成熟；负责&关注细节
