Mission Details

Position Summary:

New products developing, commercial product(s) technical support for business.

This is a position require organic lab hands-on skills in material synthesis, especially in synthesis of acrylate monomer, oligomer, dendrimer in the application of consuming electrics, optical(s), UV curable material(s), and related.

Responsibilities:

• Follow, and responsible to company working safety policy.
• Experience in organic synthesis, functional molecular, oligomer prototyping, especially acrylate monomer, oligomer, and related.
• Synthesis, characterization, and documentation by following professional manner(s).
• Support the requirement for new product scale up. Commercial lab prototype for in-time business delivery.
• Well documentation skills, including regular lab R&D report, technical presentation, and others related to work.

Required Profile

• M.S. or Ph.D. in chemistry, organic material science and related.
• 1 to 3 years for M.S and PhD. In related industrial experience in synthesis of target organic compound in the application of consuming electronic(s), optics, or UV curable product(s).
• Lab prototype scale up experience.
• Strong instrumentation skills in chemical analysis, and physical characterizing.
• Good team player.
• Good communication, and technical presentation skills in English, Chinese. Japanese is a plus.
