Required Profile

• Minimum 5 years proven track records in Sales, Business development, Marketing or Technical Service function, preferable in the chemical industry towards UV or other acrylate related market
• Knowledgeable in UV or other acrylate related industry
• Basic insight about technical issues of the applications involved and in-depth knowledge of photocurable resins and technologies, which potentially can be associated with them
• Bachelor degree or higher in Chemistry
• Good proficiency in English, Chinese
• Drive license  
• Good ability to compile and analyze sales figures
• Possession of excellent inter-personal communication skills both internally and externally
• Market analysis and its proper presentation skills
• Good project management skills
• Highly adaptive to multi-cultural behavior and business practices in different countries
• Team player – Capable of establishing good working relationship with the sales and technical teams
