Mission Details

ACCOUNTABILITIES 工作职责

  1. Achieve safety and environmental goals for Sartomer Nansha plant, driving a best-in-class EHS culture and ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements.
  2. Lead key plant operation projects, including new processes, equipment upgrades, and expansions, developing and implementing project plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  3. Monitor project progress, manage resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and ensure timely, budget-conscious completion.
  4. Assist the Plant General Manager in daily manufacturing activities, ensuring product quality and delivery schedules, and support the development of manufacturing policies and best practices.
  5. Drive operational excellence initiatives, focusing on productivity, cost savings, and waste reduction, working closely with various teams to achieve budget and strategic goals.
  6. Help prepare and monitor the plant budget, manage project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize financial performance.
  7. Develop and implement short and long-term goals for operation teams, assist in building a strong management-level team, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
  8. Identify and cultivate talents to sustain plant operations and engage in global technical exchanges to implement cutting-edge technologies and best practices locally.
  9. Spearhead the localization of global technologies to meet regional production needs, improving process efficiency and product quality.
  10. Facilitate knowledge transfer and collaboration between global and local teams, aligning with corporate technical strategies while promoting innovation and operational self-reliance at the plant level.

Required Profile

Must have必须具备的条件:

  1. More than 8 to 10 years of world class manufacturing experience in chemical industry
  2. Strong technical background in manufacturing, process technology and HSE
  3. Minimum 5 years of large team management experience
  4. Good understanding of industrial project development process
  5. Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, or related degree required;
  6. Good communications at the levels
  7. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  8. Fluent English;
  9. Results driven
  10. Problem Solving/Analysis
  11. Ability to deal with diverse cultures

Nice to have最好具备的条件:

  1. Chemistry-related majors, MBA preferred
  2. Certificate of safety responsibility for chemical enterprises
  3. Rich experience in production management, PMC management, process management, and EHS management.
