Mission Details

The Deputy Plant Manager is responsible for supporting the Plant General Manager in overseeing and coordinating all manufacturing activities at Sartomer Nansha site, with a particular focus on project management. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and timely execution of manufacturing operations while driving operational excellence with continuous improvements. The Deputy Plant Manager will play a crucial role in achieving the Business Unit (BU) manufacturing goals and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers and local authorities.

 

Required Profile

  • Knowledge and experience
  • More than 8 to 10 years of world class manufacturing experience in chemical industry
  • Strong technical background in manufacturing, process technology and HSE
  • Minimum 5 years of large team management experience
  • Good understanding of industrial project development process
  • Education
  •  Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, or related degree required; MBA preferred
  • Language & Skills 
  • Good communications at the levels
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English;
