ACCOUNTABILITIES 工作职责

• Participate in the Process Hazards Analysis, project’s HSE review, and process safety event Root Cause Analysis.
• Conduct the process risk evaluation and Pre Startup Safety Review of a MOC.
• Participate in the plant’s HSEQ activities such as hunting, emergency drill and site tour, etc.
• Establish or manage the plant’s process/technical documents and database.
• Lead the plant’s process engineering improvement projects, through the process analysis, calculation or simulation
• Be involved in the plant’s MOC and Projects on the process/technical proposal.
• Work with other engineers to analyse the equipment / instruments / valves……failures related to the process.
• Provide the process training to the related employees (if necessary).
• Keep studying the related regulations and the best practice from GB, CCPS, NFPA, API and IEC and conduct the gap analysis for the plant to avoid the compliance issue.
• Keep learning and applying the digital tools (process control tools, Power BI, or Power Automate, etc.) to improve the work efficiency.
• Report any unsafe condition and situation.
• Keep smooth and positive communications with others. Work closely with others.
• Problems solving-oriented, to show professional such as polite, respect etc.

Required Profile

Must have必须具备的条件:

• Majoring in chemical/process engineering: Master’s degree, with specialized knowledge including the Physical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Design, Chemical Reaction Kinetics, Thermodynamics as a basic requirement and ~2 years working experience in chemical engineering field. Excellent graduate is also considered.
• High safety awareness. Thinking and acting always start with safety.
• Skilled in P&ID and PFD drawing with AutoCAD.
• Good written and oral English to be used in document edition and meeting communication.
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive and have strong willingness to learn new knowledge / skill / know-how.
• Strong sense in logic and sensitive to data and calculation.
• Able to handle confidential information appropriately.
