ACCOUNTABILITIES 工作职责

 

  1. HSE/ISO Responsibilities
  2. Technical support or solution on the market-driven related applications
  • Follow up the guidelines from manager in developing new products.
  • Work with product development group for new product development, validation and upgrade.
  • Provide guidance and suggestions for new product development
  • Work with teams for NBD/NPD projects
  • Perform test/analysis/collect/summary to help with team for RMs evaluation/troubleshooting of production/process issue.
  1. Cooperate with cross departments for business promotion

Required Profile

Must have必须具备的条件:

  1. Knowledge and experience 知识

UV curing, crosslinking technology in acrylate, polyurethane, epoxy, understand the testing and analysis methods for the mechanical, thermal, optical, electrical and other properties of materials

  1. Education 教育背景

Master's degree or above, background in organic chemistry, polymer material, chemical engineering or microelectronics

Bachelor’s degree requires at least 3 years’ experience

  1. Language & Skills 语言及技能

Fluent in Chinese, with strong ability in writing reports and basic oral communication in English.

  1. Abilities 能力

Familiarity with Microsoft office, material performance test and component analytical skills.
