JOB DIMENSIONS 工作范围
- Accountable for sales activities based on sales strategy of Sartomer BU; achieve sales budget (quantity, revenue, margin) by coordinating support from each function
- Developing new businesses by initiating contacts with new customers or new contacts within existing customer organizations; take ownership on progressing projects
- Create, maintain and improve customer loyalty (maintain & improve market share), establish strong relationships with customers
- Support and coordinate the activities of assigned distributors. Manage the distributors, maximize profit, improve customer satisfaction and assure the supply chain meets customer needs.
- Offer suitable product specifications to customers, and provide technical consulting services for current and prospective customers, handle complains
- Collect, evaluate and properly share market information and trend to related teams
- Periodical reporting of sales activities to supervisors
- Continuously growing the business (both volume and profitability) in the specialty market
Required Profile
QUALIFICATIONS 任职要求
- Knowledge and experience 知识
- Minimum 3 years of proven track records in sales function preferable in the UV curable market
- Knowledgeable in the UV curable market and related chemical industries
- Basic insight about technical issues of the product involved
- Education 教育背景
- Bachelor degree in chemistry or chemical engineering
- Language & Skills 语言及技能
- Good proficiency in English, Chinese
