Mission Details

Providing reliability engineering expertise in support of the design, construction, commissioning, start-up and normal operation of Sartomer Nansha plant, including expansion projects to ensure all equipment/instruments and relevant utilities are running stably and safely in Nansha plant.

Required Profile

  • At least 3-year related working experience
  • Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 
  • Good communication skill in Chinese and English (spoken and written)
  • Prefer to have the experience and practice of the project management
  • Proficient in using Reliability Engineering tools
  • Possess knowledge of Risk-Based Inspection or Reliability-Centered Maintenance methodology
  • Demonstrated skills related to continuous improvement and optimization of existing equipment through analysis of equipment performance
  • Demonstrated skills needed to efficiently identifying and resolving start up and operational problems
  • Understand the impact of equipment sparing, redundancy, reliability, availability, maintainability, and maintenance cost in support of Operations Excellence and Capital efficiency
  • Familiar with Mechanical Integrity Requirements and associated reference manuals and standards
