Job Title: Product Line Manager
The Product Line Manager is responsible for developing and owning the assigned product portfolio within the Durable Goods, and Advanced Packaging & Converting (AP&C) business units. S/he will be responsible for bringing attractive product and service offerings to market and maximizing long-term product line profitability. This position reports to the AP&C Commercial Director.
Job Dimensions

- Works closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Sourcing, and Manufacturing. Will have global interaction
- Key contributor and valued business partner for Regional Business Unit and Market Segment Teams
Activities
- Develop and own the long-term product portfolio strategy, ensuring Bostik’s offering satisfies current and future market and customer needs in close collaboration with Marketing and R&D.
- Identify and implement margin enhancement and risk mitigation projects in collaboration with R&D, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Manage and prioritize the complete project portfolio for assigned product lines.
- Build and maintain the multi-generation product plan (product lifecycle roadmap), including new product development, product line extensions/rebranding, and product rationalization, working in close partnership with R&D and Marketing.
- Develop and maintain the commercial offering for assigned product lines, including SKUs, packaging types, list pricing, order lead times, minimum order quantities, and order change policy.
- Lead or support new product launches through the Stage-Gate process, from concept to commercialization.
- Provide regular communication to Sales regarding relevant market forces affecting pricing, including market supply & demand, raw material costs & inflationary costs, competitive activity, and reinvestment & innovation.
- Develop and maintain the 5-year demand/capacity projections to build the business case for CAPEX projects.
- Plan and prepare customer communication for changes to product offering or service level.
- Interact globally with other Bostik entities to coordinate and optimize the global product portfolio.
- Serve on the Market Segment Team as a key partner in helping build and execute the segment strategy.
- Practice Safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA guidelines, and Bostik-specific EHS expectations
Context and Environment
The job involves working cross-functionally to manage the product line, both strategically and tactically. It requires strategic planning, complex project management, and leading without direct authority. This role provides opportunities to develop commercial acumen and advance within Product Line Management or into other commercial or technical roles within Arkema.

- Maintaining accurate and relevant product systems information
Qualifications / Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, chemistry, engineering, or a STEM-related field. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years experience preferred, with a minimum of 3 years in Product Management, Marketing, Business Development, Supply Chain, Sales, Tech Service, or a related field. Experience in multiple commercial roles preferred.
- Strong computer skills. Proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and MS Project preferred.
- Experience with Stage-Gate and leading new product development projects preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP®), Certified Pricing Professional (CPP), Professional Certified Marketer (PCM®), Certified Product Manager®, Certified Virtual Facilitator™ (CVF™), or a related certification preferred.
- Well-rounded individual who is comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
- Excellent leadership, organization, planning, project management, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen, problem solving, financial analysis, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
