Inside Sales Coordinator Job

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the NA Flex Pack sales team while also owning an inside sales territory. This position is critical for supporting the commercial team to help provide exceptional customer service and focus on new business development, both for the team and the individual territory. Will work cross functionally with sales, TS, customer service, supply chain, PSRA, finance and manage a territory up to $10M of Tier 3-4 customers. #LI-TJ1
Key Activities
Sales Coordinator
- Provide day to day administrative sales support
- Submit sample orders, ensure follow up, and track results in SF.com to quantify NBD impact
- Submit PSRA requests and ensure timely follow up
- Complete customer forms with the support of the appropriate functional areas.
- Work with financial analysis to support pricing by entering CPQ’s
- Represent the sales team for late and international orders to ensure timely follow up with the customer
- Assist with cash collections
- Support sales in the CRM as needed
Inside Sales
- Manage a territory of Tier 3-4 customers in the Flex Pack market
- Build an NBD funnel through virtual product presentations
- Work w/ PLM and supply chain to sell NPS
- Act as primary point of contact for lead management
- Support market and VOC research as needed
Qualifications / Experience
- Technical bachelor’s degree highly desired, MBA a plus
- 1-3 years’ experience in customer service, sales, TS, marketing
- Self-starter, ability to work collaboratively across functions
- Strong drive with a sense of urgency and results oriented.
- Customer oriented
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Position located in Dublin, OH onsite full time.
- Travel up to 10%
