Mission Details

Arkema a world player in specialty materials is recruiting a Web Analytics & Digital Performance Manager.

 

Within the Digital Transformation Department, ,you play a vital role in understanding performance and user behavior on our digital touchpoints worldwide (websites, apps, chatbot…).
You are responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform data-driven decisions for digital touchpoints optimization and business growth.

 

• Implement website analytics tools and tracking mechanisms, in compliance with data privacy regulations
• Collect, clean, and analyze website traffic data, including user behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs), using data analytics tools
• Identify trends and insights from website data to understand user journeys, content performance, and conversion rates.
• Generate clear and concise reports and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct A/B testing and other website optimization experiments to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies and a comprehensive roadmap to optimize conversion rates, prioritizing initiatives based on data insights and business impact.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (marketing, sales, development, product, IT teams…) to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Oversee SEO roadmap and measure performance of SEO and marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on the latest web analytics and CRO trends and best practices.
 

Required Profile

 

• Graduated from an engineering or business school.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in web analytics, conversion rate optimization or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using data analytics tools.
• Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
• Experience in A/B testing and other conversion rate optimization methodologies.
• Experience with data visualization tools, Google Analytics, Piwik Pro, ContentSquare (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, organized, precise with a taste for detail
• Fluent in English
