Mission Details

 

Based  at the headquarter of Colombes, Sartomer is looking for a S&OP Manager.

You report to Regional Supply Chain Manager and you are responsible of conducting the Sales and Operation Plan (S&OP) and accountable of the operational planning process : Demand Planning, Distribution and Inventory and monitoring working capital

 

You are working in the EMEA region for one entity dealing with Asian trading.   
   - Around  10 suppliers (China & India)
   - 2 EU warehouses, 3 tolling process in UK
   - About 100 active SKUs and 300 regular customers, 6M€ inventory

This job involves many relashonships with customer service, sales team, site logistics & production team at operational level. 
 

Travel requirements : 50 % in UK during the first three months and then 20 % of your time

 

 

MISSIONS 

 

First phase of the mission : Implementation of S&OP process (~ 6 months)


-      Implement the S&OP process for the trading entity
-     Support on the Demand management process implementation: 
-     Optimization Supply Chain Project Leader

 

 

Second phase: Recurent mode


-     Strategy
-     S&OP process
-     Inventory, OWC and Warehousing
-     Purchase & Procurement
-     Team Management
-     Supply Chain Project Optimization Leader
 

 

Required Profile

 

Bac +5 : Master Supply Chain or equivalent

 

 Experience:  
• At least 5 years of experience on S&OP process
• Proved S&OP implementation experience required
• Experience on trading business required
• Change management experiance

 

 Communication skills :
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural English-speaking environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Mandarin is a plus

 

Information Systems :
• SAP experience required.  
• Knowledge on Picaso, PowerBI / BO or other reporting tool will be a plus
• Skilled at mastering Excel, Power Point, OneDrive and demonstrated experience learning other company/proprietary tools.  

 

 Professional / Personal skills :
• Possess a strong working knowledge of supply chain concepts and systems in which they will be working (i.e. S&OP process, ATP, VMI, working capital, inventory days on hand,     inventory categories – blocked/aged/Quality Inspection, etc.)  
• Flexible but able to convince and federate
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
