Mission Details

In a context of Cloud & Digital transformation, Arkema is looking for an expert in information technologies as well as in depth knowledge on analytical processes applied to the industrial manufacturing sector.

The main role of the Senior FP&A functional process owner will be to deploy and ensure respect of our CORE model, spread an accurate level of knowledge onto our FP&A population, integrate with upper and down streams (Purchasing, Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, …). 

You will be a central key player in our organization and digital transformation, your interactions with Financial Directors, Site FP&A, Global Business Unit FP&A will ensure our digital transformation to the future.

 

This position may require seldom trips within or outside of France

Required Profile

You need in depth functional expertise on tools such as SAP, BI HANA, Power BI, … You have a 15 Years+ experience as a FP&A and SAP CO Team lead in at least 2 major implementations.


Hard skills:
Very Good knowledge & practice of functional processes & SAP CO modules
Very Good functional knowledge of FP&A processes: Costing and Inventory valuation, Fixed Costs Reporting, Budgeting, Margin Analysis (Variable and full), integration with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics and Production.

Ability to start from scratch,
Proactivity,
Team spirit,
Rigor,
Synthesis,
Patience and Pedagogy
Curiosity and aptitude to work on cross domains (crucial for ERP integrated topics)

Good communication
Aptitude to work on an international and multi-actor environment
