You hold a Bachelor or a Master's Degree and have at least 5 years of sales management and/or Key account/Business development experience, preferably specializing in the adhesives and packaging industry. You have strong skills in project management and implementation of strategic plans.

 

You are well-known for your capacity to maintain an active selling and results-driven work environment. You also have mature organizational skills and well developed interpersonal skills which will help you to motivate your team and bring value to your organisation.

 

You are fluent in French and English.

Your future responsibilities:

Reporting to the European BU Director for Advanced Packaging, you manage a team of 4 sales people. You main goal is to implement a customer-oriented strategy to generate sustainable growth while ensuring financial achievement of sales and profitability targets. You main responsibilities will be the following:

 

  • Assist in achieving Safety targets and ensure Safety is the top priority for the team 
  • Deliver sales, volume, MVC and DSO targets and monitor overdue payments
  • Animate & structure sales organization 
  • Lead, coach, motivate the dedicated sales team to deliver sales and margin targets
  • Manage & optimize sales resources, identify additional needs, etc.
  • Own customers management and distribution network
  • Ensure good implementation of the pricing policy, respecting Bostik DOA  
  • Coordinate technical support and business development activities
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and long term plans 
  • In charge of key accounting in their perimeter
  • Monitor and validate monthly demand plan (forecast) together with product management and supply departments
  • Stayed informed about market, products, competitors, customers news
  • Follow customer complaints and ensure quick response from the quality department , negotiate commercial solution when necessary
  • Manage all daily operations and coordinate with local entities (customer service, supply, …)
  • Role is to support value creation of KIZEN range providing highest level of application expertise in the sales process
