Vos futures responsabilités:

Bostik recherche pour son Siège Social situé à Colombes, son/sa future(e) Chef(fe) de Produits C&C France.


Directement rattaché(e) au chef de groupe Construction ou Grand public C&C France, vous serez en charge :

- de gérer les gammes de produits et les innovations
- du suivi des cycles de vie de ses produits

Au sein du département C&C, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Définition des cahiers des charges produits et P&L en lien avec la R&D, Affaires Réglementaires, Service technique, GASP, les usines et l’organisation packaging.
- Veille concurrentielle, suivi du cycle de vie des produits et analyse mensuelle catégorielle 
- Analyse de l’évolution des parts de marché
- Définition des outils d’aide à la vente et suivi de leur déploiement avec les équipes PIT, communication, merchandising, animation des ventes
- Pilotage des projets nationaux et participation au Gate meeting pour les projets
- Etablissement du plan marketing pour ses gammes de produits et ses marques avec le Chef de Groupe
- Support au service formation pour la préparation des modules de formation produits
- Etablissement et surveillance des prévisions sur la ligne de produit 
- Participation à l’élaboration des tarifs pour les gammes
- Interface avec les fournisseurs et engagement de les dépenses
- Présence terrain dans le cadre des essais de validation produits avant lancement et organisation de tournées terrain avec les équipes commerciales

Le profil que nous recherchons:

- Vous êtes diplômé d’un Bac+5 accompagné d’une expérience professionnelle de 2 ans minimum en marketing dans la gestion de gamme de produits.
- Vous avez connaissance des métiers du second œuvre dans le bâtiment et/ou du secteur du bricolage.

- Vous connaissez les techniques d’impression du packaging, de l’emballage. 

- Vous maîtrisez la bureautique et les outils informatiques (Power Point, Excel, SAP…)
- Vous avez la capacité de travailler en chef de projet avec plusieurs services et faites preuve de flexibilité, curiosité et d’ouverture d’esprit au quotidien.

En raison de la dimension internationale du groupe, vous possédez un très bon niveau d’anglais.
