Invoice Analyst Job

This position reports directly to the Director of Manufacturing and Services Support, and has no direct reports.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
Data Analysis 50%:
• Receive/Analyze/Track/Process each 3rd party site service invoice we receive compared to their respective
contract(s).
• Develop/Analyze/Track/Submit each 3rd party site service invoice for the services we provide compared to
their respective contract(s).
• Present 3rd party site service invoice variance/questions to the Sr. Business Analyst.
• Assist in the development of the site budgets as it relates to the 3rd party site service debits/credits.
• Maintain/Enhance/Develop tools (MS Access, SharePoint, and Excel) utilized to track 3rd party site
service RPE and variable performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Reporting 10%:
• Present a monthly report that shows the YTD actual -vs- budget, and variance explanations for each site
service contract.
• Develop/Maintain 3rd party site service database to track key contract dates and actions.
• Track/Report days to pay/collect 3rd party site service invoices.
Projects 30%:
• Identify projects focused on realizing the savings from the identified improvement opportunities.
• Work with teams (plant teams or cross-functional) to develop project charters.
• Assist the Director of Manufacturing and Services Support with negotiation prep with regards to data.
• Update Rudimentary Loss Database with previous year data.
Real Estate 10%:
• Own the data content in the Real Estate tracking database for all owned / leased / LSS property.
• Assist with the property value appraisal process.
• Assist the Director of Manufacturing and Services Support with negotiation prep with regards to data.
Context & Environment
• Domestic travel up to 10% required
• This position is located at the Arkema Clear Lake facility, with responsibilities to all 3rd party facilities and
real estate within Arkema Inc.
• Supports the site HES policy and complies with all regulatory and internal requirements
• Participates in HES activities provided by site management and Arkema Inc. (e.g., Behavioral Base Safety,
SafeStart, etc.)
• Supports and promotes the reporting of all health, safety, environmental, near-miss, accident or injury incidents
Required Education/Qualifications/Work Experience
• College degree in Finance, Accounting, or technical discipline
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in detailed analytics
• Six Sigma certified recommended with a high-proficiency in statistics being required
• High-proficiency with computer software applications, including SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 0365, including, SharePoint, Power Automate/Apps, Power BI, etc. preferred.
