Mission Details

  • Ensure all Analytical laboratory activities in compliance with EHS and legal requirements.
  • Install a analytical capability - inclusive of systems and tools to report and communicate work.
  • Manage quality problems that require plant or customer support.
     

Accountability

  • Perform Laboratory duties including analysis using Spectroscopic, thermal, chromatographic, and rheological technicques that support Technical Assistance (AT), Product Maintenance (PM), New Product Development, (NPD), Research and Technology Development (RTD).
  • Optimize systems and procedures to ensure all activities comply with EHS and Quality management system   policies and requirements.
  • Work out and control Analytical lab budget to meet company objectives.
  • To meet customer requirements in quality, performance and cost in concert with the Regional laboratory mgrs strategies.
  • Develop technical contacts with internal affiliates and external organizations such as industrial associations, universities, research institute and suppliers to ensure the alignment with front tier analytical technology and, identify opportunities for Bostik.
  • Provide regular reports as required.
     

Required Profile

Degree: Post graduate in chemistry
Experience: 5 years of experience in handling of instruments is essential
