Arkema est à la recherche d’un(e) Directeur(rice) des opérations pour son usine de Bécancour (activité Peroxyde d’hydrogène). La personne titulaire du poste jouera un rôle clé dans la performance, la sécurité et l’amélioration continue des opérations de production.

Vos responsabilités

 

  • Suivre les valeurs, les principes et les politiques de l'entreprise (responsabilité, performance, simplicité, solidarité, inclusion).
  • Diriger les opérations de production dans le respect des normes SST, environnementales et réglementaires
  • Participer aux études techniques de tout projet d'investissement ou de modification importante de l'usine
  • Planifier et optimiser la production selon les besoins commerciaux et techniques
  • Gérer les équipes de production et les ressources opérationnelles
  • Remplacement du directeur dusine en son absence
  • Suivre les coûts, budgets et indicateurs de performance
  • Piloter des initiatives d’amélioration continue (Lean / Six Sigma)
  • Analyser les écarts, incidents et pertes, et mettre en place des actions correctives

 

Profil recherché

 

  • Baccalauréat en ingénierie (mécanique, chimique ou équivalent)
  • être membre de l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
  • 8-10 ans d'expérience en gestion des opérations industrielles
  • Compétences en communication (écrite et verbale) en français et en anglais. Maîtrise du français parlé et écrit. Anglais intermédiaire requis. Le bilinguisme est préférable
  • Certification Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (atout)
  • Leadership, rigueur et capacité à mobiliser les équipes
  • Connaissance du logiciel PI(un atout)
