In an international global organization, our BU mission is to deliver the most sustainable world class bonding solutions to fast-moving consumer goods companies, who are looking to enhance the daily lives of all generations.
The Marketing Assistant participate to market and pricing studies, innovation launches, business development and costs saving Initiatives, communication material creation. The Marketing Assistant helps also to coordinate marketing activities, manage content, support events, and maintain marketing tools and databases.
1. Strategic Planning Support
- Assist in the development of strategic marketing plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Support the preparation of business cases, market entry strategies, and product positioning documents.
- Help coordinate cross-functional input from sales, product management, and finance.
2. Market Intelligence & Research
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Analyze data from internal and external sources to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
3. Portfolio & Product Marketing Support
- Assist in the development of value propositions, messaging frameworks, and product launch plans.
- Support lifecycle management activities including repositioning, bundling, and phase-out strategies.
- Help maintain product marketing documentation and tools.
4. Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Monitor KPIs related to strategic marketing initiatives (e.g., market share, brand perception, lead quality).
- Assist in preparing dashboards and performance reviews.
- Support ROI analysis of campaigns and strategic programs.
5. Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
- Help prepare strategic presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and strategic reviews.
- Ensure alignment between global and regional marketing teams.
6. Digital & Content Strategy Support
- Contribute to thought leadership content (white papers, articles, webinars) aligned with strategic themes.
- Support digital campaigns targeting key accounts and decision-makers.
- Help manage strategic content calendars and distribution plans.
Accountabilities :

Profil Recherché
Master’s level (equivalent to Bac+5) - Marketing, Business/Strategy, International Business, Market Intelligence, or related field
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Hard skills : Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization.
- Interest in strategic thinking, innovation, and B2B dynamics.
