Détails de la Mission
Reporting to the Market Director, Engineering Adhesives EMEA, and providing support to the EMEA Director and Sales Team :
Support to EMEA Director and Sales Team
- Management of pricelists for OEM
- Forecasting : Forecast management with sales team, participation to S&OP meetings
- Support the management of products with short shelf life
- Support on BO Profile and market analysis
Development of distribution sales by supporting Distribution sales team
- Support of distribution team for customer requests (sample requests, order issues, customer claims)
- Support internal implementation of new customers (customer creation, product data, pricing in Sales Force, follow-up of stock orders)
- Information management for Online Distributor (provide information for launch, follow-up on implementation, coordinate marketing activities internally)
- Manage External Engineering Adhesives Team folder with suitable documentation for distributors.
- Implementation of specific sales action and related marketing support at distributors
- Support organization of Born2Bond academies (distributor product training)
- Distribution pricelist maintenance including CPQ set-up
Reporting:
- Monthly sales overviews
- Weekly updates
Job Dimensions :
- Grow Engineering Adhesives business in Europe
- Support Distribution sales team on customer enquiries and internal processes
- Support Sale Team on back-office topics
- Territory : Support to EMEA Sales Team
Product range : focus on Engineering Adhesives (specialty adhesives)

- Develop new business
- High value specialty adhesives, premium selling

- Working closely with Sales Team which is home-office based
- La Défense-based – work closely with internal functions : Customer Service, Supply Chain,
Accountabilities :
- Support the development of Sales Pipeline
- Consolidate and grow Bostik position at new and existing customers, follow customer satisfaction
Profil Recherché
5 years experience in customer service, sales or purchasing support function
Hard Skills :
- Fluent business in English and French - other languages are a plus
- Good knowledge in MS-Office Sales Force and SAP
Soft Skills:
- Communicative, collaborative and reliable
- Attention to details, numerical skills and process-driven
- Customer-orientated, proactive, self-motivated
