Your Tasks:
Controlling and Reporting :
- Ensure reliability and relevance of financial data reported by entities and plants on a monthly basis
- Analyze monthly financial reporting with identification and explanation of key variations by entity compared to Budget/prior year and forecasts
- Prepare 3 months forecast in partnership with Business teams & Plant controllers
- Provide Trade Working Capital Analysis : Inventory, Receivables, Overdues and work with Supply Chain on Inventory target definition & follow up.
- Elaborate monthly RCG deck for BU Steer Committee
- Develop relevant reports, tools & trackers in order to provide decision support and financial analyses to Business teams - Business Reviews, P&L owners, Product management, Pricing, Supply Chain.
- Build and monitor regional Budget cycle : calendar, templates, consolidation at EMEA level, submission to BU Steer Committee
Management & Process :
- Responsibility of Bostik SA reporting : Flash, Closing steps validation, Budget preparation in SAP
- Ensure the compliance and update of EMEA Delegation of commitments
- SAP Implementation - Support entities and plants along the process of SAP implementation (Preparation Workshops, Testing, Golive)
Your Qualifications:
- Economics and Financials degree (Bachelor, MBA / Master).
- Languages: English, French & German on a professional level.
- Experience in Controlling in B to B, preferably in the chemical industry.
- Management experience preferred.
- Solid analytical skills, record of strong continuous learning.
- Advanced skills in Office pack range (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), SAP & Onestream experience required.
- Excellent communication skills in cross functionality and multinational environment.
- Flexibility, reactivity, well-developed capability to adapt to change.
