Your Tasks:
- Responsibility spans across Sales and NBD in all relevant areas.
- Maintain and develop sales to key accounts and all customers within the designated geographical area.
- Ensure profitable and sustainable growth of organic peroxides in the area, in line with BU strategy.
- Identify and develop new markets and applications.
- Act as the liaison between the BU and the customer.
Your Qualifications:
- >10 years in sales and business development is required.
- Fluent in German and English. French is a plus.
- Open-minded, adaptable to different mentalities, and communicative.
- Willingness to travel.
- Negotiation skills at various levels in an international environment.
- Perfect integrity and adherence to the company's corporate rules.
- Team worker and reporting diligence.
