Arkema’s Corporate Talent Team works across many areas of human resources – including Talent Management, Talent Development and Employee Engagement – supporting all of the Arkema Group.
Joining the Global Talent Development Team as an HR Talent Process Officer, you will mainly contribute on our international projects related to talent review and succession planning campaigns, learning and development initiatives and our global engagement survey as we work to enhance and extend our worldwide HR practices.
This work-study apprenticeship is an opportunity to learn more about the inner workings of an HR / Talent Development function while developing technical competencies like project and client management, reporting and problem solving, as well as developing behavioral skills related to relationship building, influencing, resourcefulness and situational adaptability.
The main missions include, but are not limited to:
- Talent review / succession planning campaign support : Assisting with analysis and reports generation
- Engagement survey support : Interpreting results, tracking regional / local action plans
- HR data quality initiative support : Tracking existing, and troubleshooting missing, key quality indicators (KQIs)
Profil Recherché
Type of training/level of study:
- Current enrollment in a master's level human resources or business program
Technical skills:
- Very good business proficiency/proficiency in written and spoken English, a must
- Proficiency in written and spoken French a plus
- Very good command of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, a must
- Familiarity with PowerBI and AI, a big plus

- Superior attention to detail
- Sense of analysis and problem solving

- Sense of interpersonal relationships
- Ability to juggle competing priorities while meeting deadlines for deliverables
