Détails de la Mission
You will join the Technical Polymer Business Unit, as part of the Customer Service Team.
You will work in an international environment (Europe, Middle East Africa, South America) and on a wide product range (Monomers & Polyamides).
You will work in pairs with the Supply Chain and Sales Representative.
1. Follow up of customers in relation with the Sales Representatives
2. Supervision of
- Customers' solvency,
- Contracts's validity
- Prices's respect
- Payment conditions in respect with the international rules.
3. Order Processing Management on a specific scope
- Follow-up of the commercial offers, in relation with the Sales Represenatives,
- Follow-up of the customers needs and their forecasts, in relation with the sales Represenative and the Demand Manager,
- Follow-up of the order untill the delivery in relation with the plants, the logistics,the forwarders and the customer credit department,
- Follow-up overdues & undues,
- Make sure accruals are up to date,
- Follow-up commissions for agents,
- Manage claims process and return products process,
- Consignment at customer follow up and billing,
- Manage samples process from the shipment untill the arrival at destination, in collaboration with the sales representative.
4. Project management
- For new logistic flows, for continuous improvement processes, to improve the team's digitalization tools
Profil Recherché
Soft skills: serious, strong iniciative, rigorous, good communicator, team player, problem analyst
Technical skills:
- IT System : Excel, Word, Powerpoint. SAP (module SD), Picaso, Sales Force are big plus.
- English : fluent.
- International Business, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics. Continuous Improvement management.
