Your Future Accountibilities


You will report directly to the APAC Durable Goods Director. The purpose of this position is to manage the report covering seven segments in 12 legal entities and support in various missions the Durable Goods (DG) Director and the Business Controller


  • Monthly Reporting
    • Support Business Controller for Management report, including Sales report, Financial reports(Actual, Forecast and Budget), VPM, TWC & PPT;
    • Support Business Controller for Asia report and P&L analysis;
    • Standard Sales details report by Market/Technology/Product Segments/Customer;


  • Manage the DG Director appointments and schedules and make travel arrangements 
  • Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information for the DG Director to use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations and new releases.
  • Facilitate smooth communications between the DG Director and his managed managers, employees; and between the MD and external parties.


  • Support DG Director and marketing team to
    • Collect all request report, such as business forecast, inventory report, sales weekly report, monthly report, project report etc.
    • Arrange product catalogues
    • Distribution management including organizing and managing meetings.


  • Support Business Controller for system and Report enhancement;
  • Support Budget Process;
  • Project analysis support; other ad-hoc analysis.



  • Timely provide meaningful VPM analysis to support management decisions.
  • Actively support regional GBU head and business controller for management report, system enhancement, and process improvement.
  • Timely and accurately submit reports, budget and LTP to meet different stakeholders’ deadline



DURATION :  12 Months

The profile we are looking for


  • A degree in accounting or financial management; 
  • You have a first experience in costing, analysis, process improvement and internal control. 
  • You are familiar with office tools such as Excel, ERP and SAP. 
  • You have good communication skills;
  • You enjoy working under pressure and working in a team,
  • Due to the international dimension of the group, you have a good level of written and spoken English.
