Your future responsibilities :

Bostik, the adhesives segment of the Arkema group, is looking for a Finance Manager for its Head Office. Reports to FP&A Director of Global Business Unit C&C, your main objectives will be to coordinate the collection of financial information for the GBU, working closely with the regional FP&A and GBU support functions, to provide accurate financial information within tight deadlines and to comply with GBU, Bostik and Arkema financial procedures and best practices.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Reporting / controlling / consolidation (supported by a GBU reporting controller):
• Responsible of global reporting for the GBU, consolidating data from regions, working to tight deadlines 
• Coordination, preparation and analysis of monthly results and forecasts, highlighting variances to objectives and working with regions to provide clear summaries of explanations and corrective actions for BU management
• Analysis of Trade Working Capital, definition of objectives and follow up of achievements
• Preparation of monthly activity presentation (“RCG”) with related analysis P&L and TWC, by region/entity/segment 
• Responsible of annual financial budgets process, in accordance with BU, Bostik and Arkema requirements, ensuring co-ordination of the various functions and regions involved.
• Provide analysis for ad hoc requests, by GBU management, Bostik Corporate, Arkema for data by product line, brand, distribution channel, technology, etc.
• Responsible for global corporate costs, forecasting and budgeting, at GBU level. Ensure global visibility for management, standardize reporting, processes, tools and analysis across the GBU
• Integration of new entities into AK / Bostik / GBU reporting systems
• C&C point of contact for financial tools (Onestream, and Power BI)
Industrial and variable cost controlling (supported by a GBU industrial controller):
• Industrial / Operations: relevant reporting (industrial KPI’s, Capex, etc.), providing dashboards, analysis and benchmarks to Industrial Director and the management team 
• Reporting for variable costs evolution, especially RM (raw materials), in coordination with DAMPE
• LEAP initiatives (optimization of variable cost), in coordination with R&D and LEAP officers
• Support internal customers on business projects
Sales & Margin controlling :
• Preparation of volume analysis and reporting for technology Steering Units, using Power BI (formerly Technocube)
• NBD and development Project reporting, involved in business project to boost dedicated segments
• Price: consolidation of monthly Price impacts, analysis of the evolution of ASP vs volumes and vs RM
• Margin (MVC% ) monitoring, especially Price vs RM, and mix impacts
Team Management  
• Management of financial controllers

 

The profile we are looking for :

You have a degree or equivalent (MBA, etc.) with at least 10 years' experience in finance and management control in an industrial production environment.
You will be able to translate financial figures into commercial situations and issues
You have strong analytical skills, the ability to manage complex financial data and to convey key messages effectively.
You have the ability to follow through action plans and deliver solutions within agreed timescales. 
You have strong IT skills - Microsoft Office and BI analysis tools. 
You have knowledge of the reporting and consolidation tool (Onestream), and knowledge of SAP and the ability to use it are a plus.
You have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a cross-functional multinational environment and a strong ability to communicate with senior managers.
Fluent in French.

Due to the international dimension of the Group, fluency in English is required.
