Your Future Responsibilities :
Our head office based in Colombes is looking for a Financial Controller.
Reporting to the Head of Financial Control for the Business Unit, you will be the main contact for the finance team in the area and will support the Sales Managers on financial matters.
Your tasks:
Reporting / Controlling
- Prepare global reporting for the Business Unit, consolidate data from the regions and publish financial dashboards for management review
- Prepare management reports and presentations
- Management of specific business reports and analysis, including ad-hoc reports
- Provide ad-hoc analysis as required by Management, Corporate and Arkema
Financial controller of the entities
- Management of the reporting and budgeting of the Business Unit entities, support to cost optimisation.
- Review internal recharges, allocation keys, challenge and provide recommendations to optimise the Paid in Capital.
- Become the Global Business Unit's main contact for regions and entities regarding budget/forecasting.
- Review and challenge fixed costs and headcount.
Business partnership
Support the line manager in financial control, liaising with local teams and Business Directors:
- Support local finance teams, review and ensure accuracy of financial information reported in the scope
- Provide consolidated financial information for the scope to the Business Directors, analyse monthly results and forecasts
- Assist on any projects related to margin / Profit & Loss improvement for the perimeter.
Project management
- Participate in the financial integration of acquisitions and newly consolidated entities.
The profile we are looking for:
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (MBA, etc.) with a minimum of 3 years experience in controlling/operations, purchasing department, finance or supply chain.
Knowledge of the industry and adhesive products would be a plus.
You have strong analytical skills and are able to manage complex data.
You have strong IT skills (Microsoft Office and BI tools), excellent communication skills and are able to work in a cross-functional, multinational environment.
Due to the international dimension of the group, a fluent level of English is imperative.
