Mission Details

The role operates in a busy, customer focused environment. The dynamic nature of the business requires adaptability and flexibility. The main

function of this position is to support all operational functions and carry out daily administration tasks, alongside the planning, logistics and

supply chain team. 

The role operates within a busy manufacturing environment, reporting to the Site Manager and is office based. The prime focus is

responsibility for ensuring manufactured goods are shipped in an efficient manner to internal and external customers, inline with business

demands. Accurately recording and maintaining of data is a must, along with providing support to the site planning, warehousing and supply

chain functions. Working as part of a team, excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with the ability to use IT systems and

computer packages are essential, combined with the ability to work on own initiative

Required Profile

- General office administration and reception duties

- Raising sundry purchase orders,

- Monitoring staff time & attendance, holiday booking and tracking

- Working with the supply chain team, planning and scheduling production process orders

- Monitoring stock levels on SAP and in warehouse locations

- Creating and managing distribution orders for customers and logistics

- Monitoring and maintaining health, safety, environmental and Quality lead indicators

- Managing Payroll System

- Maintaining staff training records

- To support other departments within the business as required.
